The welfare of Baden Powells’ customers and our team is our top priority, and we have adapted our physical environment and processes to keep us all safe:
Honda and Suzuki showrooms have been reconfigured to give ample room forsocial distancing. Large format signage provides reminders to staff and customers regarding distancing, wearing of face coverings and hand cleansing.
Extra seating installed to enable customers to opt for “while you wait” appointments
Hand sanitisation stations deployed at all entry points and workstations
PPE available to all team members
Free contactless collection and delivery option for all service and MOT customers
Unaccompanied test drive policy, either from Powell’s or remotely at customer’s home
Courtesy cars sanitised before and after use
Contactless remote buying journey introduced, including for customers using finance options.
Regular sanitising of contact points within showrooms, bathrooms, offices and workshops – telephones, door handles, keyboards and work surfaces
